1. Rental Agreement

By renting gaming consoles from GameHub, you agree to the following terms:

• Minimum rental period is 7 days
• Consoles must be returned in the same condition as received
• Late returns incur additional charges (20% of daily rate per day)

2. Payment Terms

All rentals require:

• Full payment upfront for the rental period
• $200 security deposit (refundable upon undamaged return)
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal

3. Damage Policy

Customers are responsible for:

• Any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Lost or stolen equipment (full replacement cost applies)
• Controllers with stick drift or unresponsive buttons

Damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Age Requirement

Renters must be:

• At least 18 years old with valid government ID
• Present at time of delivery/pickup
• Responsible for all users of the equipment

5. Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

6. Prohibited Activities

Strictly forbidden:

• Modification or jailbreaking of consoles
• Commercial use without written permission
• Sub-renting to third parties
• Use in violation of local laws
